Our gaming licence requires us to conform with strict legislation, regulation and operational procedures fully monitored by representatives of the Northern Territory Government. The Online Licence issued in April 1999 was done so only after rigorous testing and auditing of the gaming site to ensure world class standards expected of a first tiered regulatory system. Ongoing compliance is required to maintain the certification. Part of the licence condition is to maintain a dispute settlement procedure for players where unresolved issues are referred to the Director of Licencing for arbitration.
