Lasseters' Policy Against Spam

Lasseters will use best efforts to ensure:

• you do not receive unsolicited commercial electronic messages direct from Lasseters unless:

  (b) it can reasonably be implied that you have consented;
  to receiving the electronic message.

• accurate sender information is included in all commercial electronic messages sent direct from Lasseters.

• an unsubscribe option is included at the end of all commercial electronic messages sent direct from Lasseters.

• recipients have the liberty to unsubscribe from receiving any future commercial electronic messages direct from Lasseters.

• prompt action is taken to requests to unsubscribe from its mailing list (within 5 business days).

• it does not use address-harvesting software.
  

Use of Affiliates

Lasseters will use best efforts to ensure:

• all affiliates who send commercial electronic messages on Lasseters' behalf are aware of this Spam Policy.
• all affiliates who send commercial electronic messages on Lasseters' behalf will indicate that such messages are being sent on Lasseters' behalf.
• an unsubscribe option is included at the end of all commercial electronic messages sent by affiliates.
• affiliates respond to your request to unsubscribe from a mailing list promptly.
• affiliates do not use address-harvesting software.
• any affiliates in breach of this Spam Policy or Lasseters' affiliate agreement will be terminated as an affiliate of Lasseters.
  

All affiliates are required to agree to the terms and conditions of Lasseters' affiliate agreement.

Option to Unsubscribe At Any Time

You have the liberty to unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time. If for any reason there appears to be no facility to end your subscription or commercial electronic messages continue to be sent, please send us an email to:

advising us of your wish to unsubscribe. We would also greatly appreciate if you could copy or forward the commercial electronic message sent by us or on our behalf to assist us in identifying the source of the message sender and list you are subscribed to. • If you receive Spam that appears to originate from Lasseters or a Lasseters affiliate, please notify us immediately of such message at the contact details noted above.
  
  
• Please unsubscribe from our mailing lists if you do not wish to receive commercial electronic messages from Lasseters. If there are certain mailing lists (such as newsletters) you wish to continue to receive from us, please indicate to us in the unsubscribe message and we will endeavour to continue your subscription on those lists.

• If you do subscribe to Lasseters mailing lists, please ensure that we have your current details at all times by updating us on any change in or cancellation of your email address. If you subscribed to a Lasseters' mailing list through an affiliate, please let the affiliate know of a change or cancellation in your email address.
